If there is any technical issue regarding test-process:
Make sure you mention all the available details like username, transaction id, date of transaction etc. in all communication with us. You may forward the email from us (if any) for faster resolution.
If there is any issue related to particular test or test question:
Make sure you indicate the test code along with the details of the question. As questions are often randomized, noting down only question number won’t help. Try to write down the details of the question along with options given, and your concern. Screenshots can also help. Thanks!
